About Project
This brand celebrates French and Indian cuisine. Rich with patterns colors and a feeling of comfort and softness. Started by Kavya Singh, who immigrated from India to France and has a deep love for both cultures.
Brush like textures and a warm color palette support this design. I wanted to imbue a sense of warmth and softness throughout this site.
Svaad Délices means taste delight. Svaad is Hindi and délices is French. They are not a fusion restaurant. Instead Svaad serves options from both places. Desserts, drinks, and main courses.

Most images throughout the brand are edited with either branding colors or patterns. I wanted to warmth and comforting energy to be felt throughout the site.
The logo is in all lower case to add to the soft feel of the brand. This a brand that whispers gently to you of spices and a fresh home cooked meal. There are several variations. The shape in the logo is inspired from the patterns on sarees. All letters were shaped to be more soft. Especially the ends of the s and the v.
Target Audience
Women 38-40. Living in Portland OR. Psychiatrist $250k per year. Loves art and jewelry. She is well established in her career and very independent she enjoys spoiling herself and friends. She enjoys almost all styles of food, once she finds a comfort restaurant she likes to go all the time.
